We offer flat rate standard shipping of $159 for all orders up to $5,000 retail price to Canada and the United States except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

Additional shipping fees may be applicable if the zip or postal codes are deemed isolated or rural by our third-party carriers.

For orders exceeding 5000 $ and more, the shipping rate is 3% of order value.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend that you insure and track your shipment as we will not be held accountable if anything occurs in transit. Songhai Design makes every effort to credit your account within 10 business days from receipt date of your return. All credits are refunded in the same form of payment as on the original transaction.

All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging. For lighting fixtures, once installed, they cannot be returned.
