After an initial discovery phone call, we schedule your appointment. The initial Consultation phase is our opportunity as a team to get to know you, build trust, and lay the grounds for your project. The meeting is a working session where we discuss your needs in length, scope of investment and timeline with all parties involved. We also explain at that time our process to successfully match your expectations.

Then comes the Conceptualisation phase which includes collaborating with your architect (for new residences) and any other trade parties taking place in the project to set the direction of the design project. Our purpose is to draft a floor plan, build and propose some concepts for the interior architecture, and make sure that the design meets your expectations and fits your dreamed living experience in terms of space and decor.

In the Design phase, we will blend your ideas and and the suggestions you approve of and implemented them during the developmental stage. Any technical aspects of the project like interior architecture, elevations, will be consigned in a document and shared with the builders.

The Procurement phase which entails the sourcing of materials and furnishings will next take place and will be shared with your construction team, using a Specifications Book.
